We are pleased to announce that eFoodcard and eFoodHandlers are now part of the same business family. This partnership further strengthens our offering, providing you with greater service and a more comprehensive library of training solutions for food and beverage employees.

eFoodcard and eFoodHandlers

Starting July 28, 2022, we are migrating all eFoodcard business accounts to the Business Services platform on eFoodHandlers.com. With Business Services, you gain access to a more stable and robust portal where you can purchase and manage courses, certificates, and cards for your business. We’re excited to introduce you to our new platform and show you how it can support your account needs.

As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our customers to make the transition as smooth as possible. Our goal is to minimize disruptions to your business and to continue to deliver the quality service you deserve.

What do I need to do?

At this time, no action is required. Over the next 30 days, you will receive email notifications with instructions on how to activate your account on the new eFoodHandlers platform. It’s a simple process that will require you to create a new password. Stay tuned for more information.

What if my employees are currently training on the eFoodcard platform?

Your employees have 30 days to complete any in-progress training on eFoodcard. All new courses must be purchased through the Business Services platform on eFoodHandlers.com.

Are any services changing with the new platform?

The Business Services platform on eFoodHandlers.com will provide you with a more stable and robust platform to purchase and manage courses, cards, and certificates. We can also provide greater discount opportunities going forward.

Buy now, pay later functionality is not supported on the new platform, however. All courses must be paid upfront.

What happens to my historical certificate and card information?

Your historical training records will be available to you on the new platform. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to access your training records.
